We have experience with dumplings mass production already since 1995. In the year 2005 the company Dubenecká knedlíkárna (Dubenec dumpling production) was established as an independent company a part of Jaroslava Hynková-DK sdružení (Jaroslava Hynková-DK association). In our Dubenec dumpling production we produce not only bread dumplings but also other specialties made of wheat or potato dough.
Thanks to our reliability, helpfulness and customer orientation we gained very quickly a wide spectrum of customers and their number has been increasing day by day. High quality of our products was achieved by the traditional processing methods of cooking in boiling water as well as by using high quality ingredients and by our personal attitude to each separate product. We are aware of that the quality of the provided service is not being created just by the quality of the product. That’s why we offer the following to our customers:
In hasty and dynamic times of today our aim is to offer a high quality and tasteful products for reasonable price. Step by step we widen and adjust the range of our products to meet each of our customer’s choice. Even though we are a young company, we are dynamic and we have experience in deliveries to small customers as well as multinational chains such as Carrefour and TESCO. We respect each customer without any difference. We treat our loyal customers with presents. One of our goals is to increase the number of customers, lower the operating costs and offer this way quality products for reasonable prices. As a matter of fact we have implemented the system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and we are preparing the certification.
